To reserve your flight do one of the following:

1. Call us at 888-682-7666; it has the following options:
   x 53 - general information
   x 52 - directions to the airport
   x 51 - reservations desk
OR
2. Send us an email to pilot@aerialoperations.com

In any case, kindly indicate your first name, your preferred date and time for the flight, the number of passengers, and a telephone number where you can be contacted.

Please be advised that total weight of passengers and their belongings should not exceed 480 lbs.

FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
We secure your reservation by credit card, so have it handy when calling.
You may cancel at any time up to 24 hours before the flight at no cost to you. Thereafter, or if you do not show up for the flight or you're more than 15 minutes late we charge you $100 cancellation fees.
If flight is cancelled by us for any reason (mechanical, weather etc.) you will not be charged anything.
